	What a Black Belt means to me: What getting a Black Belt means to me is that it is making yourself more respectful. It is making yourself more disciplined. It is a great way to learn how to persevere, be respectful, be patient, and to stick with whatever you are doing no matter how hard it is because it will probably help you later on in life.

Having so many nicknames means you are way ahead of the game.

Ribs and cheesecake aas favorite foods...a diet like this can't be found.
Just by saying the words, I think I gained 10 pounds.

Alan, Leah, Zachary, and Katerine have all helped you reach this goal,
four Black Belts in the family ties a record, I am told.

Lindsay, you are a shining light at our school!
Every time you walk in the door, you're like a sparking jewel.

Hey, maybe that's another nickname for you on this day...
But from now on, you are Miss Bradshaw, if that's okay.

The fourth Black Belt in one family...it brings me to tears,
