Conrad Jones Karate has been teaching martial arts to the residents of Williamson County for over 20 years. We have schools in the Grassland area of Franklin and in Spring Hill, as well as teaching classes at Franklin Road Academy, Battleground Academy, and several area churches and day care centers.

In our classes, the purpose of martial arts is to become a better person by building character traits that will help us throughout our life, such as respect, manners, self-control, discipline and patience. We’ll increase a child’s ability to concentrate and focus, and help them with their coordination. While we’re at it, we’ll increase their self-confidence, build their self-esteem, and show them how to avoid negative peer pressure, physical conflicts, and deal with bullies and strangers. Our classes are a perfect blend of fun, motivation and education!

A three-time light heavyweight point sparring champion, Mr. Jones brought his tournament-fighting experience into his classes to help keep everyone out of fights! A national finalist for Martial Arts Instructor of the Year by the largest martial arts organization in the world, Sensei Jones has teamed up with the acclaimed national child safety organization Child Shield, U.S.A., to further enhance his classes in helping to keep our children safe from the over 13,000 sexual predators registered in Tennessee.

Our goal at Conrad Jones Karate is to keep your child from ever showing up on an Amber Alert! We want to help educate children and their parents on the lures predators use to try to abduct our children.
