Kata: Neseishi
The '24 Steps kata'. This was called Nijushiho by Funakoshi Sensei, and
its origins are from Shuri-Te, Ankichi Aragaki.
Note: Because of its overwhelming use in Wado techniques, if only one hand is
mentioned, the other hand is performing a back hikite. Also, unless otherwise
mentioned, all jun-tsukis are at the chudan (solar plexus) level.

Step back right, left kake shotei, right hikite. left zenkutsa dachi.

Staying lead-left, slip forward, right gyaku-tsuki, left hirate onto right
