For CJK Students

This section contains downloads that are intended only for CJK students. Most of the files are zipped and password protected. To extract the files, you'll first need to obtain the password from your instructor.

If you need an unzip utility, try WinZip. If you need a PDF viewer, try Acrobat Reader.

Student Manual
Password Required. The Student Manual is a PDF document that contains most of the content of this web site plus some additional material intended only for CJK students (e.g., detailed descriptions of all the self defense techniques). It is over 130 pages long and has a comprehensive index.

Questioner Password Required. This contains Windows and PocketPC versions of a utility that will randomly question you over a variety of CJK belt requirements. You can select the categories and levels you wish to be tested on. The zip file includes screen shots and a readme file for more information.

Black Belt Requirements This is a PDF document that lists all of the 1^st Degree Black Belt Requirements on two pages. It can be printed on one double-sided page, so you can easily carry it around in your wallet or purse as a reference guide. It includes the names of all the katas, stances, strikes, creeds, blocks, body shifts, kicks, self defense moves, and terminology required for 1^st Dan.

Black Belt Written Test This is a PDF document that contains just the questions from the 1998 Black Belt Written Exam. You can print it out, take the test, and then grade yourself using the answers provided on the Belt Tests page.

Karate Katas This is a PDF document that contains detailed history on the katas practiced by our school, by Wado Ryu, and by other styles of Karate.

S.U.P.E.R. Student Achievement Form This is a PDF version of the form that needs to be filled out by any student trying to earn a S.U.P.E.R. Student Achievement award.
