Conrad Jones, 3-Time Fighting Champion (1988-90), Light Heavyweight Division, at the U.S. Eastern Wado Karate Federation Championships (the largest Wado organization in the U.S.) as well as the Men's Fighting Champion of the prestigious Southern American Open Championships, shows some of the sparring techniques and combinations that he used in winning these and many other tournaments throughout the South.

Mr. Jones also uses his gifted teaching talent (he was named as one of 5 finalists out of over 600 schools for the National Instructor of the Year Award in 1988) and demonstrates katas and stances in slow-motion and regular speed, going into detail about every move.

Self Defense, Kisos, and Kihons are also performed with the assistance of 1^st Degree Black Belt Steve Camp.

In addition to the DVDs geared toward Karate, Mr. Jones is making available a Self Defense for Women video with the assistance of one of our female students, Ann Jordan (2^nd degree black belt). It demonstrates basic techniques that can be used by women who have no martial arts training. An even more in-depth and advanced Self Defense Video for both men and women is being assembled and will be made available soon.

This is a limited collection that will be an enhancement to any student of the Martial Arts; from the beginning student to the advanced instructor.

Note: Not all belt requirements are listed here. These are simply some of the highlights found on each DVD. The DVDs were recorded using an earlier belt ranking system, so there isn’t a one-to-one correspondence to the current belt rankings. However, the Gold Belt DVD (DVD 1) covers most of the requirements for the Orange belt, and the 1^st Brown Belt DVD (DVD 8) covers most of the requirements for the Red belts.
